A Visit to the New Harambe Village

Here are a couple pictures from my visit to Animal Kingdom on Saturday to see the new Harambe Market! The market itself is a new food court with a small variety of options, including ribs, chicken skewers and a unique corn dog.  The big draw for me was the new details and art that had been added. Those details are why I love Animal Kingdom!

I am loving how the entrance plays into the storyline of the Harambe Village! Beautiful work!

 The Child's Rib Meal

The Child's Rib Meal

Let me talk for a second about the meal: The ribs had a lot of meat to them which was nice but, unlike Flame Tree Barbecue, there is only one kind of sauce and it is already on the ribs. The broccoli was also cold, which I did not expect, but was very good. If you are interested in more cooked broccoli, they sell roasted broccoli at the next windows.

Here is the menu for what else is available at the other windows in the Market.

At the end of the Market, there is a sitting area, some covered and some not. Where I sat, you could see the train for Rafiki's Wildlife Reserve go by every few minutes!

To end this photo tour, I was able to take a selfie with one of the new "not-so Hidden Mickeys" of the Market.
